Shipping

Most orders of in-stock items for customers (including farmer, commercial, and home garden) that opted for shipping via our standard method take 1–3 days to process. Tokita Seed India ships via standard courier based on delivery location and timing requirements.

At this time, all of the major shipping carriers are also reporting periodic delays in transit that are beyond our control; transit times and delivery dates are therefore variable and cannot be guaranteed by Tokita Seed India.

Attention: We require a valid street address to ship certain items.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require preauthorization and must be accompanied by an PO# (purchase order).

To request an PO#: Email us a onp@tokitaseedindia.in.

If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

Once you have received your item, please ensure it is correct before opening the package. We will not accept returns of products after opening (only in case of our shipping mistake.)

Seed. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of the original order ship date.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and issue a credit.

If you paid by credit card, the credit will be applied to your credit card account. Please note that it can take from 2–7 business days for the credit to post, depending upon your credit institution's policies.
